At Shikshangram Shelter for Children, education does not stop in the classroom  it continues through skills that build self-reliance and opportunity.
We believe that true empowerment comes when a child can stand on their own feet, with the confidence to shape their own destiny.

Our Skill Development Program helps children discover their talents, learn hands-on skills, and prepare for real-world success.

What We Teach

  • Computer Literacy & Digital Skills: Children learn computer basics, typing, online safety, and digital creativity to keep pace with today world.
  • Vocational Training: Older students receive training in areas like tailoring, electrical work, cooking, farming, and hospitality equipping them for job opportunities or self-employment.
  • English & Communication Skills: Special classes build confidence in speaking, writing, and public interaction to help them excel in education and future workplaces.
  • Arts & Creativity Workshops: From painting and dance to music and drama our creative workshops nurture imagination, expression, and emotional growth.
  • Entrepreneurship Awareness: We encourage children to think like changemakers to dream, create, and one day lead their own projects or businesses.
